As a rule, the press department of Olympiapark München GmbH is only responsible for press accreditation for events that are organised by the company (e.g. Munich 6-Day Race) or by the company in cooperation with other bodies (e.g. Holiday on Ice). Otherwise, accreditations are handled by the relevant event organiser (e.g. concert promoter). Please refer to the Calendar of events for the relevant details.
If you wish to be accredited to an event organised by Olympiapark München GmbH, please send us a fax or a letter on the company stationery of your media company, as well as a copy of your press card. We require this information in good time. In your letter, please state the precise number of accreditations you require as well as if you require a parking voucher. Please also indicate if you require the use of any technical facilities (laboratory, telephone/ISDN connections). We will send you your accreditations provided you apply in good time, enclosing a stamped, addressed envelope.
