Audiowalk

1

Visitors to the Olympic Park are now getting really close to the action: Uli Hoeness from the 1974 World Cup Final, Erik Zabel and Udo Jürgens relate the best backstage anecdotes. A new “guide” makes this possible in a truly lively way.

Audiowalk, the tour guide for the ears, offers visitors and tourists to the Olympic Park a varied and individual way to discover the park that can be enjoyed either during or after the visit. The acoustic tour guide, a loaned MP3 player in the shape of the Olympic Park, accompanies visitors like a close friend. Radio journalist and host Taufig Khalil narrates the Audiowalk, telling brief yet informative stories about the points of interest. As a special highlight, the commentary is interspersed with contributions from various celebrities who accompany the visitor on his or her stroll through the Park – even if “only” acoustically. In this way, it is possible to meet Olympic champions from 1972, former stars of FC Bayern Munich as well as other top sportsmen and women and stars from the worlds of music and entertainment. As a result, the interested visitor not only picks up facts and interesting tidbits but can also listen to stories about many different events that took place behind the scenes.
