Roof Climb with Abseiling

You look straight down - 40 metres down. The route leads from the edge of the tent roof directly down on to the holy lawn of the Olympic stadium. Your harness is strapped securely and the rope slides through the carabiner and down you go!

You can experience this special thrill during the abseil tour.

Like the tent roof tour, the first thing is preparation in the base camp where you check your equipment. Then you begin to climb over the north curve and along the world famous field of panels. And finally you get to the summit at over 50 metres. There's a pylon instead of a summit cross. The view is breathtaking. And now to crown it all, you go down by the direct route - by abseiling down 40 metres in mid-air. It's an excellent expedition.
