Wellbeing For Life Festival

Wellbeing and holistic health have been getting more and more attention in recent years. Everywhere we go, we hear and read that we should pay attention to our wellbeing and body-mind-spirit balance in order to stay healthy. But what is a healthy lifestyle? How do we manage to be and stay fit, strong, resilient, and healthy?

Wellbeing and holistic health have been getting more and more attention in recent years. Everywhere we go, we hear and read that we should pay attention to our wellbeing and body-mind-spirit balance in order to stay healthy. But what is a healthy lifestyle? How do we manage to be and stay fit, strong, resilient, and healthy?

The first Wellbeing for Life Festival on June 18, 2022, from 12 – 22 in Olympia Park, Munich, makes holistic health in the most diverse facets accessible for everyone. For one day, the festival promotes healthy living, physical fitness, nutrition, satisfaction, creativity, social activity, ecological responsibility, fun, and general wellbeing. Be it families with children, recreational athletes, teens, those interested in wellness, fitness enthusiasts, the nutrition-conscious, Olympia Park visitors, or yoga fans - everyone is invited. Visitors are welcome to try out their skills, contribute ideas, deepen their knowledge, or simply explore their curiosity. Everyone should be inspired to embrace the active lifestyle and participate, not just be onlookers.

- Holistic health ideas to try first hand

- Open-air festival with activities, educational opportunities, and entertainment for everyone

- Inspiration for a healthy and active lifestyle

On June 18, the festival opens at 12 noon with workshops, sports activities, and stage events. All the activities are spread throughout Olympia Park and demonstrate a wide range of wellbeing and health subjects, focusing on the importance of a holistic approach to wellbeing in all aspects of life.

To get active, visitors can take part in yoga, hula hoop, or Dayo dance sessions. To relax, they can listen to live music, try out Zen meditation, or discover their first SUP yoga experience on Lake Olympia. Those who are interested in live cooking or the latest nutrition trends can look over the shoulder of multi-award-winning star chef Andreas Schweiger while learning about healthy eating. Families with children can enjoy painting, water activities, and slacklining. Teenagers can discover how being active through sports can positively influence their health and personality.

That perfect summer festival feeling will be provided by live music acts from Munich's up-and-coming talents on the Newcomer Stage and a huge selection of delicious food and drinks from sustainable and regional production at the Food Boulevard. The festival is intended to kick off a new series of annual events that will allow people to learn about holistic health. The event will begin at 12:00 on June 18 in Olympia Park and conclude around 22:00. Admission and all offerings are free of charge.
