Experiencing more again at last finally up high again
09.06.2021 - Olympiapark München GmbH
For a long time, very little happened in the Olympic Park, but now Munich's most adventure-packed park is back. "We are happy to be able to offer Munich residents and tourists a large proportion of our leisure activities in the Olympic Park, including a visit to the Olympic Tower from Friday. It is important to us that our guests spend their time in the Olympic Park in a safe and carefree manner," says Olympic Park boss Marion Schöne.
"Up high again" is the motto from Friday, 11 June, when the Olympic Tower opens its doors. Then there'll be: 360 degrees of Munich from a height of 190 metres, the best view all the way to the Alps, excellent cuisine in the revolving restaurant "181", and the highest rock museum in the world. A visit to the Olympic Tower really is a treat of the tallest order!
Another fascinating high-altitude experience is offered by the spectacular expedition to the roof of the Olympic Stadium. If you want more action, book the tent roof tour followed by a flight on the Flying Fox – with an adrenaline rush guaranteed. There is also plenty to discover on a tour of the stadium, whether on your own or accompanied by a guide, who will also offer you a look behind the scenes.
"No matter what the undertaking, whether it's a visit to the Olympic Tower, a tent roof tour, the Olympic Stadium, pedal boating on the Olympic Lake or Bavarian delicacies in the beer garden, the Olympic Park with its 850,000 square metres teeming with activity offers very special moments of happiness," says Marion Schöne.
