This course offers you the opportunity to strengthen your body and take in the fantastic scenery on the Olympic Lake. SUP yoga will help you find a balance between tension and relaxation. Once you arrive at the boat hire, you will be given your board and a briefing by the instructor. An exciting addition to the summer programme for yoga beginners and advanced yogis alike.

Have you always wanted to try stand-up paddling?
During the lesson, our trainer will give you instructions about the board and then you will paddle together on the Olympic Lake. You'll learn the basic stand-up paddling techniques and enjoy the wonderful backdrop of the Olympic Park.
