On 17 October 2007, BMW Welt, the BMW brand's experience and delivery centre, was opened in the immediate vicinity of the Olympic Park. Since then, more than 2.5 million visitors have already found their way to BMW Welt and experienced what the world of BMW is all about.
Customers can take delivery of their new BMW in a unique atmosphere at BMW Welt. The tailor-made support programme and impressive architecture make the collection a true experience. But BMW Welt has much more to offer: In the Technology and Design Atelier, visitors gain insights into research and development, innovations, design and production through films and interactive exhibits. The exhibition of all current automobile series in the BMW Welt Plaza and in the Double Cone allows visitors to experience the BMW brand in its entirety, and special BMW Welt guided tours provide interesting background information and offer a glimpse behind the scenes. Children and young people from seven to 13 years of age also get their money's worth at BMW Welt: accompanied by pedagogically trained staff, they can discover the world of mobility at the Junior Campus.
