André Rieu

World Tour

Olympic Hall

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the concerts of André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra scheduled for January 2022 unfortunately have to be postponed. All tickets automatically retain their validity for the new concert dates.

He is one of the most successful live acts in the world, has sold over 40 million CDs, received 200 gold and over 500 platinum awards and has over five million Facebook fans: André Rieu, the King of Waltz. Hardly any other superstar delights so many people every year as the Dutch star violinist and his cheerful Johann Strauss Orchestra. Like no other, André Rieu knows how to touch his audience of millions with popular classical melodies.

André Rieu: "My orchestra and I can't wait to finally play for you again in 2021. Everything is different this year. COVID-19 touches all of our lives, and right now our whole attention is focused on the safety and well-being of my fans, my musicians and the whole team - all part of our big "André - Rieu - family". But if we can't celebrate together this year, then hopefully next year will be even happier!"

The fans can look forward to unforgettable concert evenings, with many world hits from films, musicals, opera as well as hits, pop songs and of course wonderful waltzes. André Rieu firmly believes that classical music is not just written for an elite, but for everyone. The New York Times therefore rightly celebrates him as the "maestro of the masses". In Germany, he is accompanied by his 60-strong Johann Strauss Orchestra (the largest private orchestra in the world), his choir, international sopranos and, of course, the Platinum Tenors.
