MASH

One festival. Five sports: same location – new discipline for skateboarders. Vert is returning to the Olympic Park. As at the 2013 X Games, the four-metre-high and 19-metre-wide halfpipe will be located in front of the grass steps on a platform in the Olympic Lake. BMX bikers will also be able to prove themselves on a brand new set-up, an 80-metre-long jump line in the middle of Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Square. This is also where the mountain bikers will compete, celebrating a magnificent revival after 2016. The wakeboarders will once again put on an exciting show. And: there will be another street dance contest in 2026.

But MASH is much more than just a ‘simple’ sporting event. The MASH Fest is the heart of the event, where you can feel the pulse of the scene. Sport, art, culture and creativity merge into a unique experience – all against the impressive backdrop of the Olympic Park. Whether on the mini ramp at MASH Square, in the chill-out areas or open spaces – the MASH Fest invites all visitors, young and old, to join in, linger and relax.
