On seven tours to date, ‘Disney in Concert’ has taken audiences into the fabulous world of the great classics from the past 100 years. Now the audience can once again look forward to a fascinating multimedia live experience with highlights from unforgettable films and a soundtrack performed live by an orchestra.
In ‘Wishes and Wonders’, the majestic film music is accompanied by a reunion with ‘The Lion King’, in which little Simba dreams of becoming a great ruler like his father once was. Baloo also does the honours, the deeply relaxed bear from the ‘Jungle Book’, who indulges in his life's motto in a lively, groovy way and simply gives it a try with cosiness. Whether in ‘Rapunzel - Newly Reconciled’, in ‘Coco - More Alive than Life’ or in ‘Encanto’: Time and again, it is the longing for goals that still seem unattainable that runs as a core theme through many of those great Disney films, which now bring back fond memories on the eighth tour of ‘Disney in Concert’. Visually through the film sequences on the big screen, acoustically through the soundtrack of the live orchestra. ‘Wishes and Wonder’ promises an evening in which wishes and wonders come true.
