Harking back to his roots, James Blunt releases his new album "Once Upon A Mind", bringing a mixture of new songs and old hits onstage in Munich. "Cold", a lively, bubbly love-song, is the first single to be released from the album. After flirting with electronic sounds on his previous record, "The Afterlove", on his new album James Blunt returns to what he does best: penning timeless songs that touch both heart and mind. "Cold’s" verve is a foretaste of what to expect from the other ten songs on his "Once Upon A Mind" album, his sixth to date. The exciting new record includes his poignant ballad, "Monsters", the cool pop of "5 Miles" and the country ballad, "Halfway". The album oozes passion and character. In James Blunt’s own words, "I think this is the most honest album I've ever done". 'Back to Bedlam' was similar in that I had been writing about my life experiences for some time, and it all came together on my debut album. Every song on this album represents something that I'm going through now or have recently experienced. It's a very personal album and I'm proud to share it with the world".
