She is a comedian, presenter, SPIEGEL bestselling author and, of course, a highly successful podcaster. She thrilled a large fan base with her comedy tours such as ‘Ortskontrollfahrt’ in autumn 2024. Now Laura Larsson is going on tour again. In her new stage programme ‘Balaton97’, she devotes herself in her usual humorous way to the potential for various embarrassments surrounding the topic of holidays.

Laura Larsson began her career in 2014 with an internship at Berlin radio station Kiss FM. In 2017, she was nominated for the German Radio Award in the ‘Best Newcomer’ category by the Grimme Institute jury for her show ‘Laura Larsson Live’. She celebrated her first successes as a podcaster in 2016 with Ariana Baborie with the format ‘Herrengedeck’: multiple top rankings in the iTunes charts, plus first place in the 2018 German Podcast Award in the entertainment category, followed in 2020 by the German Comedy Award in the category ‘Best Comedy Podcaster’.

Meanwhile, Laura Larsson has teamed up with Simon Dörner to develop another successful podcast, ‘Zum Scheitern verurteilt’ (Doomed to Failure), which is released twice a week. But the comedienne also attracts a large fan base to her solo live shows. Her first tour, ‘Weihnachten mit Laura Larsson’ (Christmas with Laura Larsson), was sold out in 2023, as was ‘Ortskontrollfahrt’ (Local Inspection Tour) in 2024. ‘Balaton 97’ now focuses on her childhood memories of summer holidays between prefabricated buildings and Pinocchio cups, as well as airport fears and sunburn in the most impossible places. Laura Larsson will be coming to the Olympic Hall right at the start of the tour.
