Public Viewing im Olympiastadion

Fan Fest is back!

Olympic Stadium

Final, final! Germany versus Spain: live on 70 square metres + 50 square metres in the Olympic Stadium. Up to 50,000 fans will be going wild – thanks in part to the fantastic supporting programme from Radio Arabella!

On Sunday, even more fans will be able to watch the final live at the Olympic Stadium. There is room for up to 50,000 visitors – either under the tent roof of the main grandstand or on the opposite grandstand, where a second 50-square-metre screen will be set up. Admission is free. The supporting programme will be presented by Radio Arabella. The familiar video wall will remain on the pitch of the Olympic Stadium and, at 70 square metres, is the largest ‘television’ in the city.

This time, the stadium gates will open at 5.30 pm. The stadium catering will provide visitors with classic football fare. And Radio Arabella will take care of the entertainment before the match. The Radio Arabella presenters will be on stage in front of the video wall with an interactive supporting programme and music to get the fans in the right mood. The TV channel broadcasting the match will also be showing the pre-match reports.

The ball will start rolling at 8.45 p.m. Anyone who was at the stadium for the German semi-final can be sure that the atmosphere in the Olympic Stadium will be at least as good as in Vienna. Public viewing will take place on 29 June 2008 (final) from 5.30 p.m. onwards. The capacity will be increased to 50,000 seats for the final! Glass bottles and fireworks are strictly prohibited. The Olympic Stadium closes 30 to 40 minutes after the end of each match.
