Rock Meets Classic

After eight successful years, over 500,000 enthusiastic visitors in five countries and top international artists including Ian Gillan (Deep Purple), Alice Cooper, Don Felder (The Eagles), Steve Lukather (Toto), Joey Tempest (Europe) and Midge Ure (Ultravox), Rock meets Classic 2018 is embarking on another spectacular tour, including a crème-de-la-crème line-up of stars in the Munich Olympic Hall.

Featured artists this year include: from STATUS QUO: Francis Ro from GOTTHARD: Leo Leoni & Nic Maeder from SUPERTRAMP: John Helliwell & Jesse Siebenberg from THE HOOTERS: Eric Bazilian from SAGA: Michael Sadler  & The Mat Sinner Band with the RMC Symphony Orchestra Rock meets Classic wouldn’t be Rock meets Classic without the Mat Sinner Band and the RMC Symphony Orchestra, who every year manages to give the great world hits of rock a new symphonic make-over, and give the songs a brand new fascinating look and dynamic. Rock meets Classic is a cross-over project, a three-hour concert that combines the world’s most famous rock hits with symphonic elements.
