It’s an absolute springtime classic on Munich’s music scene—and has been for over a quarter of a century: the Theatron Whitsun Festival, featuring live acts spanning every genre from May 23 to 25. From punk to pop, from Munich-based rap artists to Berlin-based singer-songwriters. And, as always, admission is free.

The Whitsun Festival celebrated its premiere in June 2000, and the open-air event soon established itself as a fixture on the Olympic Park's annual calendar. Now, once again, there is a packed program of fantastic artists over the three days from Pentecost Saturday to Pentecost Monday—with daily live performances.
