Running, yoga, meditation. At the mindful triathlon, top-class teachers and instructors get the most out of everybody, accompanied by music by top artists and DJs. Good food, varied side events and inspiring encounters with kindred spirits.
However, the focus is not on the competition, but on camaraderie.
If you still have the energy after the triathlon and you fancy it, you can let off steam at other activities, such as Aerial Yoga, Acro Yoga or Hula Hoop. There is also a DJ on the main stage, good food by local food providers and our Kula market with great yoga and lifestyle products. So there is quite a bit to be discovered besides the yoga mat!
The triathlon is equally suitable for novices and the advanced.
