From 16. - 18.10.2026, the Loop One Festival will once again transform the iconic Olympic Park into a multi-day celebration of biathlon, sport and entertainment, but this year, the world’s best biathletes will compete in fast-paced Super Sprint over two days, giving fans even more opportunities to experience elite biathlon in this unique urban setting.

30th IHF Men's Handball World Championship
Where handball is alive
“Where handball is alive” – under this motto, 32 teams will once again be competing for the World Cup trophy exactly 20 years after that historic winter fairy tale: from 13 to 31 January 2027, Germany will host the IHF Men’s World Championship for the eighth time. And following the thrilling and atmospheric matches of the 2019 World Championship and the 2024 European Championship, the Olympic Park will once again be a venue, hosting two preliminary round groups.
