Intersport Urban Trail Run

You can look forward to a unique running experience that combines sport, city and nature in a whole new way. Whether you are an ambitious trail runner, a hobby runner, a complete beginner or just curious – everyone is welcome here! You can choose between a Kids Run (Children aged 7 to 12), 5 km or 10 km – depending on your pace and how much of a challenge you want to take on.

The Expo Area and race packet pick-up will open at 2 p.m. In the Expo Area, you can test a wide selection of running shoes as part of our Test & Try promotion – including Adidas, Nike, Asics, Salomon, Altra, Hoka, New Balance and Lowa.

The route leads from Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Square past the swimming pool to the Olympic Hill, which is climbed several times via various ascents and descents – including panoramic views of the city and park. It then continues along the Olympic Lake before tackling a few more steps shortly before the finish line. 5 km runners reach the finish line at Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Square  after one lap, while 10 km runners complete the course twice.

The three fastest runners in each distance can look to great prizes!
