The kick-off event will take place on 14 June at the Olympic Lake (boat hire) in Munich - followed by six more stops at fantastic locations throughout Bavaria.
A special highlight at the kick-off event: Laura Dahlmeier, AOK Bavaria's physical activity ambassador, will be at the Olympic Lake. She will be available for photos, questions, tips and autographs - a great opportunity to meet the Olympic biathlon champion in person!
A varied programme awaits visitors on every weekend of the event. The focus is on free stand-up paddle (SUP), sports courses and workouts for all fitness levels.
