World Alzheimer’s Day at the Olympic Park
From 18 to 28 September 2026, the award-winning open-air photography exhibition ‘Seeing Dementia in a New Light’ will be on display at the Olympic Park in Munich. The exhibition features moving photographs and personal stories from people living with dementia and their loved ones. It invites visitors to break down prejudices, engage in conversation and view dementia from a new perspective. Admission to the exhibition is free and open to all throughout the exhibition period.
On Monday 21 September, World Alzheimer’s Day, we will celebrate the official opening of the exhibition together. You can look forward to welcoming addresses from politicians and healthcare professionals, a discussion with our partners, an expert presentation, music by Sarah Straub, and plenty of opportunities for discussion.
