‘I See Fire,’ ‘Thinking Out Loud,’ ‘Shape of You’ – just a few of Ed Sheeran's absolute mega hits. The singer celebrated his breakthrough in 2011 with his debut album ‘+,’ which stormed to number one in the charts in his native Britain. In Germany, all subsequent albums in his iconic ‘Mathematics’ series reached the top spot: “x” (2014), ÷ (2017), ‘=’ (2021) and ‘-’ (2023). With the release of his album ‘Play’ in September 2025, Ed Sheeran is now breaking new ground in his discography.
