Jan Böhmermann is a seven-time Grimme Prize winner, has been awarded the German Television Prize six times, as well as the Rose d'Or as ‘Entertainer of the Year,’ the Romy, the Bavarian Television Prize, the Venus Sex Award 2022, and many more.

The 15-piece Rundfunk-Tanzorchester Ehrenfeld (RTO) under the direction of Lorenz Rhode is considered the best radio orchestra in continental Europe. It was founded in 2016, has been playing live every week on ‘ZDF Magazin Royale’ since 2017, and will celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2026.
