The first two Witcher games, released in 2007 and 2011, became bestsellers, but the sales figures were then topped by ‘The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’. The reviews were also overwhelming, with Spiegel Online writing about the graphics with which developer studio CD Projekt RED created the late medieval fantasy world: ‘A fairytale world like you've never seen before - a new benchmark for role-playing games’. In addition, ‘The Witcher 3’ won numerous prizes and awards, such as the German Computer Game Award and the Golden Joystick Awards.
The story of the witcher Geralt von Riva and the search for his foster daughter was accompanied by a soundtrack by Polish composer Marcin Przybyłowicz. After its premiere at the Gamescom trade fair in Cologne in August 2025, the visually and acoustically spectacular live experience ‘The Witcher In Concert’ will embark on a major tour of Europe. In addition to a professional orchestra, the Polish folk metal band Percival, which co-composed and recorded some of the songs, will also be taking part. Fans can immerse themselves in a Witcher world as they have never seen it before - and never heard it before.
