Jared Leto first found success primarily as an actor. His portrayal of the teenager Jordan Catalano helped the TV series *Clueless* achieve cult status in the 1990s. He later appeared in films such as *Fight Club* and *American Psycho*. For his role in “Dallas Buyers Club”, Leto won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in 2014.
From the turn of the millennium, he also made his mark in the music world. Together with his brother Shannon, he released the eponymous debut album “30 Seconds to Mars” in 2002, which entered the Billboard 200. The band gained international recognition with their follow-up album “A Beautiful Lie” (2005). This also secured the brothers their first Top 30 chart position in Germany. And with “This Is War” (2009), 30STM, as they are often called, landed another bestseller. Even though they reached the top ten in the US, UK and Germany with “Love Lust Faith + Dreams” in 2013 and claimed the number one spot for the first time in many countries with “America” (2018), “A Beautiful Lie” and “This Is War” are still regarded as seminal albums. On their new world tour, the Letos are now celebrating their two masterpieces at the Olympic Hall as well.
