Munich will host the Champions League final for the fifth time. After 1979, when the competition was still called the European Cup of Champions, 1993, 1997 and 2012, the final showdown for Europe's football crown will take place in the Allianz Arena on 31 May.
The kick-off for the fan festival in the Olympic Park is on 29 May at 11.00 am. Four days of waiting, with free admission, visitors can look forward to atmospheric open-air concerts on the stage of the Olympic Lake as well as football tournaments for juniors on the Bavarian Football Association's Soccer Court on Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz. Anyone who wants to can test their shooting power at a goal-kicking facility, and in the BFV Cage it's all about one-on-one duels. One of the most popular photo motifs on site is likely to be the Henkelpott - the Champions League trophy for which the two finalists will duel on Saturday.
A reunion with old legends is on the programme at the SAP Garden on Friday afternoon. The Ultimate Champions Legends Tournament kicks off at 4 p.m. with old stars such as Lothar Matthäus and Clarence Seedorf, Luis Figo, Kaka and Cafu and many other great players from days gone by.
Another highlight of the UEFA Champions Festival is, of course, the live broadcast of the final as open-air public viewing on Saturday evening from 9 pm.

Due to the large crowds, the underground trains may still be full. We ask for your patience and respect so that everyone can get to their destination safely.
