Following the release of their new album, platinum award winning Danish rock band, Volbeat, are set to make a comeback with their “Rewind, Replay, Rebound” World Tour. This will include a November date at the Munich Olympic Hall.
Produced by Jacob Hansen, Rob Caggiano and Michael Poulsen, the “Rewind, Replay, Rebound” album (released 02.08.19) is their first studio recording with bassist Kaspar Boye. Mia Maja is again on background vocals as well as guest vocalist Neil Fallon from Clutch. Gary Holt from Slayer or Exodus contributes on guitar.
On “Rewind, Replay, Rebound”, Volbeat’s signature Psychobilly-Rock’n’Roll fusion reaches new creative heights. As singer, Michael Poulsen, explains: "The reason we go into the studio is that we think we still have something to say: to our fans, and mostly to ourselves".
In their World Tour, Volbeat are set to headline nine shows in November, with Baroness and Danko Jones as support.
Since their inception in 2001, Volbeat have toured constantly, fighting their way to the top of hard rock charts with six highly-acclaimed albums. Their latest: “Seal the Deal & Let's Boogie”, reached the #1 spot in seven countries, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
