Waldi Tour

The colourful mascot Waldi symbolises the joie de vivre and special spirit of the 1972 Olympic Games. On the guided tour of the same name, you will follow in his footsteps across the grounds.

New tour programme starting on 8 September at the Olympic Park

This coming Sunday will be the last chance to take a tour of the tent roof and stadium in the Olympic Park. It will also be the last day on which visitors can explore the stadium on their own. On Monday, the gates of the Olympic Stadium will close. No tours or visits will be possible during the renovation period.

For 24 days, the Olympic Park was once again a lively, diverse world of experiences: the summer festival delights a total of around 360,000 visitors. Under the patronage of Mayor Verena Dietl, the Olympic Park event offered a programme that left nothing to be desired.
