Introduction for beginners to Ninja Warrior, parkour and calisthenics

Children aged 10–13 are only permitted to use the ninja, parkour and calisthenics area after receiving mandatory instruction from the trainers. No registration is required for the instruction.

Our experienced coaches will be offering tips for beginners at 12 noon, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm on the following weekends:

FAM club Monday from 12 January 2026

Every Monday, Free Art of Movement FAM e.V. will rent the calisthenics, ninja warrior and parkour area at Munich Action Park for club training. Participation in training is free of charge for club members, but prior registration is required. 

 

Exception: There will be no club Monday on 16 February (Rose Monday) – the MAP will be open to all visitors on this day.

 

Course schedule and registration

Basic bouldering courses 

The Munich Action Park offers bouldering courses on the following Mondays:

16.02., 23.02., 02.03., 09.03., 16.03., 23.03., 30.03.2026

15:15 - 16:45 pm.: Kids' course for ages 6-9 years

17:15 - 18:45 p.m.: Kids' course from 10-14 years

19:15 - 20:45 p.m.: Adults aged 15 and above

 

The course costs €25 and includes the course fee and the hire of bouldering shoes.

Participation is only possible after prior registration.
