More than 100 national and international legends from sport, music and entertainment who have celebrated great success in the arenas and on the stages of the park have already immortalised themselves in concrete with their hands, signatures and personal greetings and subsequently found their place in the MOWOS of the Olympic Park.
Below is the complete list of all those honoured so far. If you click on the names, you will receive the individual story and a photo album for each event.
By the way: If you miss one or two of the stars while strolling along the lakeshore, there are always some old records that need to be restored.

The first new concrete mixers arrived on 28 May 2003 and the ‘Road of Legends’ has since become a real hit. No wonder with this international hit list. Over 170 stars and important personalities have now immortalised themselves in the MOWOS. These include a saint, a German president, holders of orders and honours, Olympic champions and Oscar winners. And not forgetting the star holders from Hollywood Boulevard in LA. With the exception of Africa and Australia, all continents are represented.
The immortalised legends have over 3000 years of show business under their belts and have sold an incredible 3.4 billion records around the globe. The performances of the immortalised stars from show and sport have been attended by an estimated six million spectators in the Olympic Park alone.
So the hard facts are 800 metres long along the Olympic Lake at the foot of the Olympic Tower. Over 6100 kg of cement has been poured into the 90x90 cm slabs so far and 85 square metres of steel mesh have been used. Finally, the 76 panels were coated with 610 litres of special paint to make them more resistant to wind and weather.
