Events at the Olympic Park Munich

A summer’s day packed with creativity, activity and shared experiences awaits Munich families on Sunday 14 June. At the ‘City’s Biggest Picnic’, the park will be transformed into a huge activity area with plenty of attractions for young and old alike. Entry is free!

Almost two decades after their performance at the MTV Europe Awards in the Olympic Hall in 2007, the Foo Fighters are now returning to Munich – for a rousing concert at the Allianz Arena, which will serve as an alternative venue for large open-air concerts during the renovation of the Olympic Stadium in 2026 and 2027.

At the flea market on the park harp in the Olympic Park, people can once again dawdle and haggle for all they're worth.

Jimmy Carr will now be performing his current show ‘Laughs Funny’ at the Olympic Hall on 19 June 2026.

He has topped the album charts in his home country 13 times, sold more than 60 million records worldwide and received countless gold and platinum awards. Now singer and songwriter Zucchero is returning to Munich as part of his BAILA 25th – Under the Moonlight Tour. On 21 June 2026, he will thrill his fans in the Olympic Hall.

He is one of the most listened to artists on streaming channels, and in 2023, the Guinness Book of Records named him the ‘Most Popular Artist in the World’. Now The Weeknd is coming to Munich for two open-air concerts at the Allianz Arena, followed by a third concert on 27 June – his last and final European show.

An action park with a living room atmosphere for young and old, colourful, exciting, imaginative and always a little bit different: the MASH action sports festival will take place this year from 26 to 28 June.

This summer, the heart of European swimming will be beating in Munich – and it will be beating twice: immediately following the European Junior Synchronised Swimming Championships (30 June – 4 July), Europe’s best young swimmers will compete against one another at the iconic Olympic Swimming Hall from 7 to 12 July 2026.

Now Die Toten Hosen and their charismatic frontman Campino are going on another big open-air tour in summer 2026. The Düsseldorf punk rockers will do the honours twice in the Olympic Park. Due to the renovation of the Olympic Stadium, both concerts will take place on Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Square.

Now BTS are setting new standards once again, setting a new world record for the largest tour by a K-pop band with 79 shows in 34 cities on four continents. Jin, Jimin, V, Suga, RM, J-Hope and Jung Kook are coming to the Allianz Arena for their two concerts in Germany.

Helene Fischer is now returning to Munich with a spectacular stadium show - and will celebrate her open-air premiere on a 360° stage in the Allianz Arena on 17 July 2026.

It is one of the highlights of the Olympiapark: the Midsummer Night's Dream. With Norwegian duo Madcon headlining, another international act has been confirmed for the main stage. Together with Zoe Wees, the Sommernachtstraum thus presents a line-up that beautifully combines emotional pop moments with danceable sounds. The first two live acts for the Peninsula Stage have also been confirmed: Caribou and Cosmica Bandida will use electronic sounds to create an atmosphere that seamlessly shifts between a club vibe and a summery festival vibe.

For 24 days, the Olympic Park will once again be a lively, diverse world of adventure: this family event offers a programme that leaves nothing to be desired.

The cosy atmosphere and free admission to the Theatron Music Summer has been attracting numerous visitors to the lake stage in the Olympic Park for decades.
